Truly one of the best equipped and new apartment !

Located at the heart of Barletta. Easy to visit the Centro. Easy to walk everywhere. The owner is very friendly and accommodating . The place is brand new and very comfortable as well as spacious!

Sehr schöne Wohnung und TOP Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist nagelneu und schick/modern renoviert. Wir hatten den Eindruck, es war die Erstvermietung. Super sauber, top Ausstattung. Sogar Insektenschutz an allen Fenstern. Riesen Terrasse mit Sonnenschutz. 2 nagelneue Küchen. Also wirklich ein sehr gutes Angebot mitten in der schönen Altstadt von Barletta. Der Vermieter reagiert sofort und wartet immer sofort mit hilfreichen Tipps auf. Parkplatz, Surfkurs, E-Bike Verleih, preiswerte Restaurants... Wir waren in einer sehr heißen Zeit da und die Klimaanlage kam an ihre Grenze. Ohne Aufforderung ertüchtigte der Vermieter die Anlage um ein weiteres Gerät. Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder...
