「Amazing property . Loved the carved wood ceilings and wood panelled walls not to mention the secret door. Never seen so many books outside a library. unfortunately didn’t stay long enough to read any. Also a vast selection of DVDs. The communal lounge was magnificent, we didn’t use it but were very impressed. The rest of our accommodation housed everything we needed and was clean and functional. 「Very helpful, we were going to be later than anticipated arriving, phoned to let them know, they reassured us it was no problem, everything was ready for our stay. Check-in at the bar was easy, staff showed us to our studio, staff very cheerful. Food in the pub was great, not just pub grub. Only downside, studio was small.」

「This was a great experience, I am finishing my second masters and this was a great place to be while working at University of Durham. If I had known it was so nice, I would’ve booked a longer stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I set off the fire alarm using the toaster and they were very patient with me. It was a little warm the only thing that could be a benefit is a fan.」
