When I checked in aside from the check-in staffer, a nice young lady, there was a handyman/maintenance person beside her who was rude kept interjecting into my conversation with the young lady and he was definitely intoxicated, I could've gotten drunk off of his smell alone. Ina and Scott were very responsive to emails. The house was very clean and had everything you need in terms of kitchen items and other amenities. The check in and check out was super easy. The house is beautiful! We had 10 people (4 couples and 2 singles) and had plenty of room.
