「入住當天早上11點才發mail給key,已經在路上怎有wifi可收，office 上班時間是下午3點，我們在門口不得而入，等到4點多才有人上班，還打了國際電話確認，接電話也搞不清楚狀況....」

「The bedroom was hige and comfy. Pillows could have been better they were huge and square and old i think as lumpy in places. The kitchen was well equipped and loved netflix too on tv. Very comfortable stay.」

「We stayed for 3 nights in the 2-bed apartment with balcony and really enjoyed it. The apartment was well fitted with everything we needed and had comfortable furniture, making it a nice place to relax after a day out. The building itself is beautiful and full of character. The location was excellent — very convenient for both the tram and U-Bahn (near Rosa-Luxembourg station), with plenty of shops and conveniences close by. The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on the 4th...

「Nena Appartment was perfect for my business trip to Berlin! Small kitchen, laundry and good living space (I booked a studio). Everything I needed was accessible by walking distance and the subway Hermannplatz is 2 minutes of walk and afterwards, less than 20 min from major tourist attractions. My only negative comments is that the area is quite noisy up until late in the evening (lots of ambulance trips!). Other than that, it was excellent!」

「I LOVED staying here! I found it so cozy and charming. There's a huge window looking out onto a tree, and in the loft bed I felt like I was perched in a tree house. I loved having a fridge and stove, too. Check-in and out were via a lock box, which was very convenient.It is a very quiet location, but located just off a busy street with lots of charming restaurants, and a laundromat right around the corner. Groceries and public transit are a short walk away. I would happily stay here again....

「It takes 10 -15 mins to go to the apartment from the metro. There is a supermarket on the way. The apartment is just as described in the web, room is clean with all necessary facilities there. However, the password given by the staff is wrong, so I have to call the staff for correct password to get the key. 」

"It’s a crowd place with crowds flowing. Convenient to take public transportation but again, wouldn’t be nice and clean at the traffic center. There’s no warm water for showering. It’s either old or burning. The water temperature switches itself without anybody touching and it actually burned my skin. Shower cap was ripped. Well, I would say good location if you’re transferring; nice, kind and helpful staffs; but the hotel facilities are in shabby condition. "
