"Room was very clean, we had a rainy cold Memorial Day weekend but the little gas fire place and heater provided were perfect. Would stay again, could use another mirror and maybe some hooks by the front door to hang wet jackets, oh and a hair dryer!! Other than that great stay!"

"i realize the cabins are in the woods, but there was an exorbitant amount of ants (kitchen counters, spiders, ticks and something with more legs than i could count). rainy weekend probably did not help. inside the cabin was cute but property certainly use work. tv was not connect to the property wifi, which saddened my boys but the games of No Mercy Uno were memory making"

"This was a nice cabin (you could almost call it a cottage). Spotless and well equipped with everything from extra towels to coffee, covered porch, fire pit and firewood. A/C worked well and it was quiet at night."

"Location was awesome and the staff was always helpful. We used to have a nice routine with the kids to go catch crabs in the bay in front once it was low tide, it was so much fun. We sometimes walked to town and other times we took the town shuttle, it was so easy to get around. I plan on staying at this hotel again."
"I've stayed here before. The staff is. Very friendly and the cleaning crew was right on top of anything . And asked my name and always said hello can I get you anything"
"I had stunning views of the harbor in Provincetown and the sun rises were unbeatable. New owners have done a lot to upgrade the areas of the hotel —— except the guest rooms. There was hair in the sink, hair in the shower, cracked floors (the plastic floor) inside the shower. Bedding was fine and otherwise a good stay but if it weren’t Provincetown no one would put up with that level of poor maintenance and pay hundreds to stay. The rooms wouldn’t qualify as a run down Motel 6 off of the freeway in the middle of nowhere where. But they are trying and I do appreciate the new coffee shop, speak easy, and the world class views - truly stunning views from the room. The hotel also had plenty of parking which is a huge issue in Provincetown. I would say, stay there only if economics require it/you’re staying alone. It’s not a place to enjoy with a romantic partner because it’s in such poor shape it might turn off people."
"This hotel was so quaint… we loved the set up and the outdoor chairs that face the lake was so relaxing. The breakfast was delicious. 10 minute drive to the parking area to catch the bus to the ferry. Great location and room was clean and nice decor… I’m looking forward to going back"
"Their windows lack enough shade blinds to block the lights coming inside at night. It would have been a 5-star experience if they ensured guests had a comfortable sleep. When you’re in a new place, sleep issues are common, and if you have this kind of problem, it can be quite frustrating. I was awake after 3 am and managed to cover the gaps. The staff was concerned about the paint peeling off and the damage might caused by the scotch tape."
"Great location - close to Provincetown. Very comfortable rooms including bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very extensive continental breakfast. Overall wonderful one-night stay."
