「Nice hotel, clean and close to the beaches」

I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. 「When we arrived, no one was there and we had to wait for a long time to check in. Then we were informed that we were not able to stay because they will have an inspection in the following morning, and was sent to another hotel. We lost so much time and we had to change our plan. I wish they could reach out to us ahead of time to let us know, or just simply leave a note on the front desk so that we can make a move.」

「Awesome. Clean. Pool area was a HUGE Bonus. Paul at the front desk, Emiliano behind the bar, Trish who kept our room clean were all amazing. I never thought I’d want to stay so far in the east end but with easy parking it was a super convenient to do whatever we wanted to do. Plus there is a shuttle which we didn’t even need. Kids loved the pool, giant sized chess and connect four, the ping pong table etc.」

「For the first time ever we experienced a rude staff member here. At first they had given me a hard time about the card being put on file. We have been staying here for 7 years,multiple times a year, we have never experienced this type of issue. Then when I asked for an extra towel later on for the room I was met with confrontation, an eye roll, and frustration. It was myself and 3 kids staying in the room. I had asked for one singular extra towel as we had to use our room towels for the pool...
