The rooms were beautifully updated and exceeded our expectations. The property itself is still a work in progress, with ongoing painting and exterior renovations. Once the cabins and surrounding grounds are fully refreshed, I believe this inn will become exactly what it’s striving to be—a charming, classic Cape Cod-style retreat with four- or even five-star appeal.

The cottage and room was very clean. The staff at registration and parking were very helpful. The private beach and beach amenities were a nice perk. Pool was clean but we didn’t use it. Only two minor issues we had were wasps got in our second floor room, twice. And housekeeping forgot to leave clean towels one morning. Otherwise 5/5! Excellent location too!

It is my go to place in Cape for several years. I love its location the most. it was about time to renovate this coastal gem and they were doing great job. But I didn't appreciate several design choices., i.e like pool chairs can not lay flat which is difficult to have tan back and forth. All those years breakfast was included, but this year I was surprised that it wasn't included. Still it is great place if you want to stay put and not drive to go to beach. Amazing Cape restaurants nearby.

They didn't have the room available at check-in; staff seemed a bit disheveled. Bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly due to rushing it looked like. They could have cleaned the seaweed on the beach at the resort; it was all over the beach and in the shoreline water.

Nice facility although a bit dated. Wonderful location right next to West Dennis Beach so a great beach expanse for walking. Breakfast buffet rather steeply priced at $35, but the Good Friends Cafe (0.6mi walk) was a fabulous alternative. Room would benefit from light darkening shades as the 6am-it-must-be-later awaking a bit surprising. But it is priced substantially below other hotels in the area, so a trade-off.

Had another wonderful stay at the Lighthouse Inn! Change of ownership brought updates that are very nice although very different! Love the new bar, but was not accessible due to a private wedding event. Not serving lunch or dinner just yet but dining room looks lovely!! Can’t wait to stay agin when fully up and running! Views are always so worth it!

Awesome buffet breakfast, great staff, and really cute property! However, for the price we paid, was expecting better then an outdated motel room. Our room was clean, but another room in our party had food stains and crumbs in the sheets. Beach was carpeted with seaweed and not something you would hang out at. Town beach, however, was just next door.

Absolutely 100 percent , not at all what’s shown online than from what they have set up. It’s complete false advertising and I left a day early. I spoke to the staff about how displeased I was and they were not helpful to me at all , over all it was a very costly mistake!

This waterfront property features a main building that houses the lobby, restaurant, and lighthouse, along with several cottages spread across the grounds. Most of the cottages offer at least partial views of the water. While the exteriors appear a bit dated, the interiors are well maintained — especially considering the year-round exposure to salty sea air and harsh winter snow. The staff is exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to interact with. Overall, it’s a classic Cape-style property with a great team that adds to its charm.
