“Had a wonderful stay at the fleetwing guest house. Beautiful restoration of an 1800' s stable house, still has original flooring. Very clean, nice beds, big upstairs room for families. Easy bike ride to beach or downtown shops and restaurants, and had a nice night sitting by the fire pit in a private back yard. Property owner was very prompt and helpful with any questions, will definitely be back!”

“Ocean not visible from room but veru clowe walking distance, maybe 40 steps. Quaint little place and owner very responsive. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would go back. Perfect for couples and anyone on a budget. Wonderful location ”

“Our family really enjoyed the house, especially the outdoor space! The house is well-maintained and had everything we needed as far as kitchenware, booster seat, beach chairs, towels, games, etc. We appreciated the homemade cinnamon bread and handwritten card, very thoughtful! The only suggestion we have is the house is on a busy road, which we weren't aware of. With small kids in our party, having a fence or treeline to close the property in would help with safety, privacy, and ease-of-mind.”

“Amazing, we were ON the water. I didn't want to leave our room! But we were in a great location right down a driveway from Commercial Street and all the action but room was quiet and peaceful. A hidden gem. Nice people, great vibe. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!”

“Had a great time and loved being so close to the beach and to town. Walking to the beach was so easy and avoided the significant daily car parking charges at Cape Cod beaches. A/C worked great. Patio, grille and outdoor shower were a treat. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Many thanks.”

“This was such a beautiful plave to stay and great value! The owners thought of everything. Decor top notch... immaculate, bright and comfy. Everything we needed was available including beach towels and chairs if you forgot to bring your own. The location was quiet but still close to so many popular Cape Cod locations. Only issue... it had no stove... BUT a grill was available for use so that was a nice substitute. Washer dryer, microwave on site. And a nice back yard and deck to relax on……
