There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t already in the house and I was in contact with the owner and she was very responsive quickly and very nice. “Our party was 2 grandparents, our son and his 10 and 12 year old girls and we spent 2 nights. This is a very clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of room for a family. The backyard is great for kids. Our host provided a beach pass so we could visit any of the town beaches, and our granddaughters enjoyed a morning at the beach. The house is close to the Cape Mall, grocery store and restaurants, so a very good location. I had only 1 small problem and our host was quick to……

“Peaceful property with wonderful amenities that lend themselves to an effortless family vacation. The hot tub and outdoor shower with a rainfall shower head are not to be missed. Host is easy to communicate with and made this trip so smooth. Great place to stay!Fyi, there isn't an air conditioning unit in the bunk room. We cracked the door and used a fan (provided by host) to pull the cold air from the living room in and it worked pretty well.”
