Booked for 4 nights . They email you code to get into apartment . I entered the code correctly and door didn’t open . Customer service is none existant . Waited 3 hours for help getting into my room . Even with the help the kept accusing me instead of taking responsibility of malfunctioning door. I had to book another hotel cause I couldn’t access my room. Worst customer service I ever serviced .
