“The hotel is clean, and the room was spacious with AC and comfortable king size bed, rooftop pool is really good with a great panoramic view of the city. The breakfast buffet is also a plus. The only downside is that there is a lot of trash next, and behind the building, which is not something such a nice hotel should have.”

“The hotel was really nice & well kept. The only reason I gave it a four was the poor internet connection. The wifi at the hotel was absolutely terrible with constant disconnections. The pool is also really small so if you're main thing is a pool, I'd look elsewhere Otherwise, the service & rooms were amazing & the location was definitely the best for in Santa Marta. “I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!”

“Another wonderful stay at the Cactus - the staff is always helpful and super friendly. We were a bit bummed out that the property discontinued their wonderful breakfast, but there are plenty of options nearby to get good Colombian breakfast, and the nespresso machine in the room is a life saver. ”

Le seul problème, mais assez fréquent dans les vieux bâtiments en Colombie, les chambres ne sont pas très lumineuses car donnant sur un patio intérieur.”
