I arrived to the hotel after a late night flight, the first staff member was helpful in getting me checked in. 「A première vue l’endroit n’est pas très attirant. Mais une fois installé, nous sommes en mesure d’apprécier les infrastructures de l’hôtel. La piscine est très agréable et la chambre est spacieuse et confortable. C’était un peu bruyant le jour étant donné la construction juste à côté de l’hôtel. Bien que l’endroit est pratique si l’on cherche près de l’aéroport, on entend bien le passage de chaque arrivée et départ des avions. Le personnel était très sympa et attentif à nos besoins. 」

「I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!」

「The property had stunning views of the ocean, with all the bells and whistles of outdoor furniture. The pool does not have anti slip strips on stairs though and I fell hard on my spine. I wrote up a statement as requested and never heard a word from them. Not even a follow up on how I was feeling. When reported, they said they would view pool cameras. 5 hours later I went down and they handed me a pen and paper and told me write what happened. I spent the rest of my time there bed ridden and...

「The breakfast was great and the bed very comfortable and big. The airconditioning was very welcome though I didn’t see how to turn it down because it was quite cold. I was disappointed there was not a kettle in the room to make tea. Staff were great. 」
