「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Such an amazing hotel. All the staff were amazing! Everyone went above and beyond during our stay. The place is very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Also to old San Juan! But most of off Jessica made the entire stay memorable. Thanks to her everything was an excellent experience. Anything we needed they made sure we had and then some. 「We were initially staying at another hotel which was a horrible experience, so we decided to move to this one. When I called the hotel I spoke English and the lady kept hanging the phone call. After the third attempt, I spoke Spanish and she took my call. Other than the front desk lady the hotel is really clean and does not get humid like the others. I highly recommend the hotel.」

「Nice and clean property with comfortable rooms that included a fridge, and in our case a patio shared with other guests. Rooms are super quiet and A/C worked really well; however, water pressure could have been better. We spent most of our time exploring the sites and eating out, so didn't really use the kitchenette or the tiny pool. 「This place was absolutely beautiful! The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were super clean! The customer service was unexpectedly trash, the bartenders weren’t upbeat and nice. They were dry and miserable it gave off that they were sick of working there. The drinks were $17 and taste like water! For the amount of money being spent here they can at least offer a happy hour smh. I hope that in the future they can implement a nice happy hour with better music being played! People come...
