「We read reviews as to what to expect, and we got exactly that. The stand out the member of staff was Jose, who was head and shoulders above other members of the Hotel team. The initial room had a stench about it when we first walked in, but given the room has quite nice views, we decided to put the smell down to the room perhaps not being aired, so decided not to say anything. By day two the drains (the probable cause) of the smell got worse and the shower became blocked. The initial response...

「This property was really nice. Seemed new. Thoughtful note and welcome basket. Receptionist was very friendly. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped. I highly recommend. My only caveat is to bring your own water as the water from the tap tasted undrinkable. 」

「The apartment was clean overall and spacious, and the balconies were great with views of the golf course. Although I did not use it, the pool looked a good size and was popular with other guests. Plenty of free parking. Helpful staff the only slight negative is that there were ants in the apartment - which the hotel provided a ant spray. 」
