"Nice place to stay"

"If you just need a place to crash for the night, then this is fine. I will say that the beds are terrible. I woke up with hip pain. Hard as a rock. The linen was clean though. The tv is small and precariously hung on the wall. The shower is adequate, however. The hotel itself seems to attract loud individuals who will be there all night outside, talking loudly. So if quietness is a concern, just don’t stay in Commerce."

"There was all kinds of hair left on the bedding, dead cockroaches in the corners of the room, and at night, cockroaches crawled all over the place. The room was extremely unsanitary."

"Room was clean a bit busted 2x4 behind door, bathroom door was a bit busted almost got locked inside. Not breakfast was served and well at least parking was decent. Could use a bit more TLC IN THE ROOMS"

" floors were filthy and bed very uncomfortable. Looks like long term renters also stay there as well. Location was great. Building looks run down. A lot better hotels in same location that I would have chosen. "

"I booked this place in JANUARY, I get to the hotel Friday and they can’t find me in their system, tell me they don’t use hotels.com. Haven’t used hotels.com for a while. Their boss said sorry we don’t have anything for you. Luckily it was a pay at the property deal and they didn’t get any money from us. Luckily we went down the street and found a room, attendant told us to be glad we didn’t stay there cause the place is bad news…….. "

"I was recommended this location after a family member stayed here and had a decent experience, but it was a huge mistake to take their advice. The reviews for this place were decent when I was booking as well and I feel extremely misled. We asked for non-smoking but the room had obviously been smoked in and then sprayed over, so either they didn't clean up well enough or it wasn't non-smoking. My husband had a severe allergy attack while staying here. We didn't ask for a new room because we had...
