Quaint and comfortable home overlooking St Mary’s Bay. Judy & Len are welcoming and fabulous hosts! The many things we appreciated included the information on whale watching bookings well in advance, beaches, restaurants, chocolate bars in rooms, home made muffins, and local points of interest.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good ready and waiting for us by 7-7:30 am. There was some road noise but it was not too bothersome. Very interesting,comfortable and eclectic decor and furnishings . Would stay here again!

Judie and Len are wonderful people. The house is great, quiet with an amazing view of the Bay! And forget about Google Maps & tourist guides: Judie will tell you all there is to visit in the region in regards to your tastes! Whale watching adventure and reconnection a!

Great location for a brier island whale watching tour and exploration of the Digby area and French Acadian shore. The home is very comfortable with interesting and quirky decor. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating. We were two couples from different provinces who get together once a year to catch up. Perfect spot for us to do that!

Had a lovely time!

The perfect stay for our team. We were comfortable, enjoyed tasty breakfast, and Judie was a warm and welcoming host. We landed here at the tail end of a loooong vacation and it was a very easy and fitting home away from home.

Short and sweet

We stayed with Judie and Len for 3 nights. We basically had so much we wanted to see and do that we didn't have time to just chill and relax at this beautiful location. Judie was a great hostess and gave us awesome recommendations on restaurants and directions. Wish we could have spent some time relaxing on her lovely patio.The home was decorated with some cool and unique items and rooms were comfortable and welcoming.

Two Day Stay

Our stay with Judie & Len was the start of a 9 day visit to Nova Scotia. We were two couples, Nana & 3 children. We all fit comfortably in the three bedrooms and had three bat/washrooms too. Beautiful location with incredible hosts

We loved the location with easy access to Digby Neck and nearby restaurants, along with the view from the porch and comfortable, artistic and tasteful home. Cosy rooms with a welcoming host!

The property was clean, cute and easy to get to! The rooms were lovely with added little touches like extra toothbrushes, water, and chocolates that made you feel at home. Loved our morning chats with Judie over a yummy breakfast! Judie also gave lots of good recommendations.

Such a sweet home, it’s was a wonderful place to stay. The beds were comfy, like being home away from home. Judie and Len were friendly and conversed with us all. Judie gave us some tips for places to see and eat. There were six of us and we genuinely loved it there, we have affectionally dubbed it Grammies place. Nick the cat was friendly addition to the stay. Beautiful home away from home. It was close enough to digby and highway is well lit making the night ride on motorcycles an easy ride. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful views from porch and sitting room

Lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and well appointed sitting room. Hosts are on site and provide a delicious homemade breakfast. The cat was very friendly.

Quick stay

We got in late and left quite early for the Yarmouth Ferry, but Julie was wonderful to work with. Everything was just as expected and the space was very generous, clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again -Super friendly folks!
