The cabin we stayed in was the smaller of the 3, it is a little small with the bed down but still very comfortable for 2. There is definitely care that they put into these cabins, by how well they have been built. The bathroom is ample for 2 people and the Kitchenet has everything you need. The barbecue works well and the hosts make sure you have everything you need. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again it was that good and well worth the price for a weeks stay.

Lovely, comfortable cabin on such a pretty and serene lake. Wish we could have stayed longer to make the most out of all this property offers! Hosts were very helpful and communicative!

I was so looking forward to a stay in the woods in your darling cabin. However, my traveling partner had a mental breakdown and left the area for her home in FL.Please note neither of us stayed there unfortunately. So perhaps you could reimburse me for at least the cleaning charge and anything else that might be appropriate. So sorry to have missed this lovely opportunity. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette petite cabane au bord du lac Doucette. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de faire du kayak et de la planche à pagaie, c'était très beau. C'était généralement tranquille, sauf lorsqu'il y avait des courses de voitures sur la piste de course de l'autre côté du lac la fin de semaine, ce qui était un peu irritant. Le spa était très agréable et très propre. La cuisine était minimalement équipée, mais c'était suffisant. Le bbq n'était pas très puissant. Beau séjour dans l'ensemble.

Cozy and Comfy

My only suggestion would be to remove the oversized couch (which can be another bed) and replace with another chair allowing more space in the unit that is designed for 2 people.The place was clean and bed comfy. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice hotub, cabins are small, but very cozy; with a rustic feel. View of the lake is picturesque. The bed is very comfortable.

Pro’s: VERY clean, sweet small spot, beautiful lake, fun activities, excellent hosts. Con’s: Not much privacy (I wasn’t sure how close the other cabins were. Turns out I could throw a rock and hit the next one. They were partying and somewhat loud but we were there to relax). The check in is very late (4pm) and the check out the next day was 11. i wish check in and/or check out was earlier/later. We were only there for 1 night so we didn’t get much daytime fun there (although it’s important to note that the host was able to give us an extra hour at checkout so we could enjoy our morning coffee on the water for a little longer!)

Needed more time, less rain

Absolutely loved the check-in experience, so simple and private. Found amenities filled every need. Could have used instructions/information about getting the tv to work but no worries, we brought cards. Time restrictions only allowed us the one night but in agreement that it's the perfect getaway for a few days, rued that we hadn't the time to use the boats. Also rued getting ready to leave only to find we were cashless and unable to leave a tip, sorry about that. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful property

Our stay was for only be night so we didn’t have a chance to use the SUPs, bikes or canoes. We enjoyed the view of the lake from our cabin. The cabin #9 which we stayed in is well designed and functional but was quite small for the two of us, especially when the Murphy Bed was extended. There’s plenty to do there with a longer stay and Wanda gave us good directions to a beautiful beach nearby.

One of the best vacations I ever had

The property was absolutely beautiful and the cabin was perfect for a nice little get away. The hosts respond asap to any concern or question you have and the property has a bunch of water based activities to experience on the lake. We're definitely booking again next summer!
