Spring Vacation

My family and I had a very peaceful stay here. The house is lived in, clean, and homey. This made me feel more comfortable staying with dogs and two teenagers. The views are beautiful and the quiet and privacy was an added bonus. I really enjoyed walking down to the water in the morning to see the sunrise each day. A few things that could use some care are the grill and one of the TVs. Otherwise, this was a lovely stay.

Vacasa home in glover

The home was great and had a large number of beds to accommodate the guest size. The house was very clean. The property was amazing with great privacy. The lawn is a mine field of goose droppings but not much you can do about that. Unfortunately the oven was not working for our stay which was a major let down. Also the canoes on site are in pretty rough shape. Overall a great place with awesome privacy if that's what you're looking for. Very quiet.

Gorgeous home

We enjoyed our family reunion with 3 generations in this home. Loved the provision of 2 canoes, 1 functioning paddle board, and kayaks with provided protective gear. The Daniel’s Pond was beautiful and very peaceful. Due to the rain, we missed out using the firepit, but were able to roast s'mores in the living room fireplace. Comfortable living room with games to sit, play and read. Beds were very comfortable. The extra mattresses were helpful. Very quiet and peaceful location. Get your groceries on the way in. Atleast 20-25 minutes to grocery stores.

Relaxing location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Only thing that would make it better would have been if the lake was deeper. It’s a pond that isn’t too deep. Otherwise, the house and surroundings were wonderful and peaceful.

Amazing Vacation Home

We loved staying in this home. Although we originally planned trips and meant for the house to be our base, we loved it so much that we spent most of our 10 day vacation on the property. We enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, playing croquet and walking the local dirt roads through amazing sceneries (fields, meadows, mountain views). The home itself had everything our family of 7 plus dog needed including well equipped kitchen (we only ate out once). We fell in love and recommend this place highly!

Great vacation property

We fell in love with this place. We spent ten days and although we planned on exploring surrounding areas we actually ended up spending most of our time on this property. The location is absolutely amazing, peaceful, surrounded by woods and views of the Daniel's Pond. We enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, getting to know the resident geese, loons, and eagles. We played croquet, sat around the fire at night. The house itself was very well equipped and comfortable with everything we needed. Matt Hill from Vacasa was there to help answer questions and fix a couple of small things immediately, we were so impressed by his responsiveness and professionalism! We would love to return.

Pleasant and private

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The peaceful setting, surrounded by woods, made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Sitting by the cozy fireplace in the evenings, while enjoying the stunning lake views, was an absolute highlight. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the combination of nature, comfort, and tranquility – a perfect getaway! We’ll definitely be back!
