Located in the beautiful gated community of Cascada Azul with the owners nearby. Extremely wonderful location that is close to everything but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle so you can relax and refresh!
The space
The Villa includes a private patio, a bbq area, private pool surrounded by beautiful plant life. It is fully furnished with a flat screen smart TV, high speed internet, AC, on-demand instant hot water shower, and furnished kitchen.

Enjoy a cocktail next to your private pool while enjoying some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world and the rich wildlife including, many types of birds, monkeys, coatis and the occasional sloth.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, pool, yard, bbq, patio and parking. Please feel free to take walks around the community, it is breathtaking! The neighbors are very friendly and you are very likely to make some friends.

We strive to keep our space in alignment with the Costa Rican motto of 'Pura Vida", which is loosely translated to "the simple life'. One of the things that drew us to Costa Rica is the value that Costa Rican's place on experiences over materials. We keep our space simple and clean and encourage you to get out to experience Costa Rica and have a quiet, relaxing, and safe space to return to.

The Community uses spring water which may not be safe for all to consume. We do not recommend drinking the water if you are not used to this.

During rainy season, we recommend keeping extra drinking water on-hand for when the water is not clear. If you are not comfortable drinking tap water, please bring your own water.
