"The landlord of this property is WONDERFUL with communication, helpful information. The information packet and very clear directions were super helpful. It was surprisingly quiet at night, given that there is a bar on the ground level of the building, but the walls are thick, and the courtyard provides some sound insulation. "We had a wonderful stay in Le Cocon. The property was one of those rare listings that is actually better in real life than it looks online. Full, well appointed kitchen, good modern espresso machine, dishwasher, induction range, microwave, oven, washer/dryer, and split unit AC in every major room. We especially liked the security / black out blinds that could be lowered or raised with a single click. And to top it off, Annie was a very sweet host! Highly recommended!"
