"The property was exactly as described in the listing. Loved sitting with a glass of wine on the outside patio after a long drive from Italy. Our children found the bunk beds very comfortable and the sofa bed was fine for my husband and I for one night. A great nights sleep and a hot shower before continuing our journey. The caretaker was a true gentleman and assisted us when we struggled to get the key back in the lockbox on check out. The communication with the owner was excellent. "

"This is a beautiful, traditional hotel with excellent customer service. Staff are friendly and very helpful. It is placed perfectly by both the central tram and railway stations and you can get a bus almost door to door between the airport and the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Room well serviced and comfortable. I would warn anyone though, that if you are a light sleeper there is background noise and a little vibration from the trams. But to be fair, they do supply earplugs! Looking forward to returning."
