Finishing up Great week visiting all the Markets.
Great Location in the Middle of the Christmas Market and the Center of the Old Town in Basel. Super nice front desk person who helped with everything.

Great location, friendly staff. Would recommend a few more tables and chairs for the breakfast service (lounge chairs are not great for eating).

Cost effective option in central Basel
4 night stay on a work trip. Great central location. Nice big room, with decent bathroom. Bed and bedlinen could have been more comfy. Good value for the price

This is a newly refurbished hotel in a very central part of the city, very well connected to public transport. It is clean and warm, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom was great, the staff are very friendly and the price was good. It would be great for holiday makers. That said I was on business and it wasn't ideal for me. There was no desk in the room (even though there was space), there was no luggage rack to put a suitcase on, there was no fridge or drink-making facilities in the room and the electric sockets and USB ports were inconveniently located. Small points, but enough to make it a 4/5 rather than a 5/5.

Our stay here was great. Only complaint was the construction outside, but with the the window closed we could barely hear it. The rooms are tiny by North American standards but the bed was very comfortable and the room overall was well maintained . Would definatly stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! The rooms were just a bit small but my husband & I were comfortable with our 2 Large suitcases and 2 carry-ons in there. It will be crowded with anything or anyone else.

This was in the middle of town -small grocery store across street, shopping right there. All trams came by and castle looking out the front door. Very clean. Breakfast was a European style with meat, cheeses, many types of rolls and muesli, also soft boil eggs plus types of coffees, teas.
