"I highly recommend this Hotel in Basel! Hotel is right outside of Basil Central train station (2min walk with a large suitcase) super convenient with multiple tram stops & 2 supermarkets within one minute distance. Excellent customer service - I wanted to thank Carole and Thomas for their warm, friendly & attentive service. I stayed in the newly renovated business villa, the room was spacious & clean with hard wood flooring, bathroom at a window with huge shower both and sink counter. Hotel has a restaurant and a small car but I don’t eat breakfast nor drink, so I didn’t try it. Lots but not least the room cost is reasonable."
"check in was fast and hazzle free. The Vietnamese lady at the front desk is exceptionally cheerful and helpful.Breakfast is also good. This is my second time in this hotel and will come back again."
