「Quick and efficient check in. There was one hiccup in that the drain for the shower was clogged and not allowing to pass through. We realised late at night after q day out so I just opened the drain and cleaned it myself. I advised the hotel via WhatsApp that evening. They replied within 5 minutes offering to change the room which we refused as we didn't want to unpack. In that respect the hotel was responsive to the problem raised.」

「Adagiato su una lieve collina a pochi passi dal centro,un antico casale arredato in stile,immerso nel verde,con personale molto cordiale e sempre disponibile. 「We loved the Hotel Flora - an amazing property! We would recommend a stay here - the Hotel Flora has been owned over three generations - well maintained with gorgeous marble staircases and bathrooms. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens that are tranquil. So conveniently located to the railway station and the central town. 」
