Great Location

The location of cabin was great. Only a 3 minute drive to Pines Resort. Cute cabin. Having boat slip was wonderful but tons of stairs for people with knee issues. Cabin is extremely hot inside even with windows shut & fans on. temps outside were in 90's while we were there. Cooler outside. A few items (BBQ, dining chairs) need tightening up or need replacing. Twin mattress uncomfortable. There are only a couple games ( Sorry, Connect 4, & the block game) so you will need to bring your own.

Bare necessities, in this older not remodeled home

This home was rustic with nearly all original fixtures and amenities. There is no dish washer, ice maker, or AC. All of which is stated in the description, but added more stress than I originally thought.We were there in early July and the lack of AC made the house too hot from noon to 8 everyday. It was hotter inside than outside. The second shower is in a really tiny bathroom added to the attic. The dock and house location are great and are why I chose this house to rent despite the lack of amenities. Vacasa service was great.

Excellent location

Nunes Cabin was in a great location. It is spacious and comes with a boat slip. It has no air conditioning so it gets a little warm in the afternoon. We will definitely consider this property again if we return to Bass Lake.
