「The orange door cottage is about 20 min driving to the Yosemite Park South entrance. It is also close to the town for dinning and gas. If you get up early in the morning walking around, you will find peace in nature. The cottage is clean and well maintained. The door of the cottage is painted in orange color to distinguish from other ones nearby. We enjoyed staying in the Orange door cottage!」

「Very quiet neighborhood nestled in the woods. About 50 minutes to the Valley floor depending on traffic, but you can get into the park in less than 15 minutes. House was well-equipped with everything we needed. 」

Quiet and safe neighborhood, and close to Yosemite National Park, which is where we spent our time. Our hosts were readily available when needed and they were very friendly and helpful. 「Nice little house! Cool updated bathroom and near everything at Shaver Lake! There is no air conditioning but there's always a nice breeze with fans and windows open. Summer days can get a bit warm inside, but is quite comfy at night. Great size for just two people.」
