“The communication with the host was pathetic and their were no clear direction regarding checkin.
You basically go outside besides road side and get your key card. The room was okay but the Bedsheets had yellow stains and they looked dirty. Mattress would give you backache for sure. Avoid if possible.”

“Excellent stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur!
I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure.
The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive……

The staff were friendly and gave clear instructions. The room looked exactly like the pictures and clean. The building also has facilities like a swimming pool and gym. Got restaurant and mini market here. Near to city and public transport.”

What is probably worrying however is the required bank transfer deposit and the need to send ID document to some unknown person which can be easily misused.”

Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at……

“The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.”
