「Room service is very good. Food is also very good. View at the balcony is excellent.」

「Building is amazing perched on the hillside and the staff were lovely.」

「Overall did the job, not exceptional but friendly staff always helpful. A little out of town but incredible views of the Himalayas. Breakfast was not a buffet for some reason, and no fridge/mini bar in room.」

「We booked the Family Room with Balcony and Jacuzzi for a 3-night stay. The room itself had a very cozy feel and was perfect for a family, and the staff was phenomenal—always friendly and eager to help. However, the room's main selling points fell short of expectations: Jacuzzi Maintenance: The floor jet caps were missing (except for 2 or 3), making it uncomfortable to stand or sit in. 「Location is so nice to view the entire train station.」

「Best one to dtay in Darjeeling. 」

「It is very close to shopping center and trail. The only downside are stairs..steep stairs.Person needs to be physically fit to stay in this hotel」

「There was nothing there to like. Everything was terrible & not in a livable condition. No working bathroom, no weather controlled rooms, very old & dirty towels. Please remove this property from your list. No one should live in such horrible conditions after paying so much. I should get some refund back if not the entire amount. Thanks 🙏」

「The staff are lovely and helpful and hotel is quite nice. Its location is also very central. The hotel room was quite cold, however, due to gaps between the windows and the window frame. The hotel offers heaters but these are reasonably pricey. I was able to manage in November but I suspect it would be miserable in December and January. Also the hot water supply was inadequate. It took 20-25 mins to heat up and I found that I had to turn up the heat every minute to keep it reasonably warm.」

「Food is excellent, and staff are very very good」

「位置稍嫌遍遠，不好找。我住的頂樓套房沒有暖氣，冬天非常冷，熱水器又忽冷忽熱，差點不敢洗澡了 人員非常親切，設備很舒適，視野不錯」

「Good 」

「Service was great. Was a Big spider in room. No insect spray available apart from their home made one. Room service was good. Overall comfortable place to stay at」
