“It is a really cute house in a quiet neighborhood. We were just there for 1 night and the house served its purpose. However there is no way that this house would sleep 4 people. There is 1 queen bed (that is the creakiest bed I have ever slept on) and 1 futon.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Rays Place overall. The inside looks to have been recently updated and it was nice and clean throughout. However, much of the kitchen pans and cooking ware were old and not usable. There was not extra toilet paper in the house, the heating which were a few wall units did not keep the house warm, and there were no trash bins to put the trash bags in. The vrbo site said there was soap provided but the clothes soap container was almost empty and there was not soap in the……

“Our stay was comfy with plenty of space and amenities! We cooked dinners easily as the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. There is also coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc, stocked for convenience. Shopping is just down the road. The home is clean and we had our 4 month old granddaughter and family come for a visit, more than enough space! The neighborhood is quiet with low little to no traffic. Joy is a pleasure to communicate with, so helpful and knowledgeable if needed. The……

“There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family group. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the property which allowed children to be entertained separately from the adults who also had ample space to interact with each other.”

“We came to spend time with our grandkids. This house was a great setup because the kids loved the game room area. There were plenty of beds for each child to have their own bed. It was a good location to get to the zoo and other places. The host always responded quickly anytime I wrote him. The fire station nearby didn't really bother us even though you could hear them.”

Great location with peacefulness and space but close to convenience. It is the owners house, so it is more lived in than other rentals I have stayed at but that also led to a very well stocked kitchen. Other property was rented at same time but had absolutely no awareness of it (noise/parking etc) Thanks for bringing our family……
