“There is a garage but it had a snowbank plowed in front of it so we could not park in it. There is no hot tub or smart tv as listed. The tv wouldnt even turn on i went and bought an extension cord because nothing in the plug in was working, turned out the plug had no power. Pots and pans are in bad shape. Only had 2 towels for our group. I did message the property and asked about getting additional towels and about the tv but got no response. There was old dried up flowers in vases we had to……

“Host did not send keypad entry code. I sent four messages, through the VRBO app, over the course of 5-6 hours asking for the code with no response. I went to the rental to inquire with another building resident and she also could not reach the host. I had to book a hotel for the night, or drive 4 hours home and miss the second day of my business conference.”

“Upon arrival at this house we were greeted with an unkempt lawn and a key pad that would not unlock the house. Once inside we were blasted with a stale, moldy, old-smoke smell. Upon further inspection, we found hair in the shower and on the back of the toilet. One of the toilets was most definitely not cleaned as it had poop on the sides of the bowl. “Very clean, new, and sparkling apartment! Our host thought of everything! Even a dishwasher! We didnt need an extra heater as the apt. Was toasty warm and dry. Clean white towels, soap, shampoo and body wash all supplied. ”

“This was a decent rental for the money. The sofa is almost not usable - you can see the lumps and feel the springs under the slip cover. The listing wasn’t clear there would be people in the basement. You could hear them sometimes through the vents. But the unit was very clean and suited our purposes. ”
