「The cabin was clean, well laid out and centrally located for our needs. The convenience of the general store was great. We had a couple of small things (such as the toilet paper holder not being attached well to the wall), but that is all a part of working out the initial bugs. Overall a great property that we would love to return to.」

「This property was perfect for a nice getaway with my wife. We were 25-30 minutes from the nearest town and had to drive down the beautiful road it’s located on to get there. We will absolutely be back for future getaways as well as family vacations! We had a question on our trip and asked the host in the chat and received a proper response within 10 minutes.」

「The cabin was beautiful. We had a minor issue with no hot water and they came right down and fixed it for us. Very nice people and we would definitely love to visit again.」

「Property was quiet and private with an amazing river view and wildlife that you can see. We got to hear the Loon at a night. The RV was clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. RV also had a picnic table, grill, fire pit and several types of chairs to sit. There was also kayaks and a canoe to use to go on the river. Host has several other rentals in different areas that we will want to look into. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay we definitely recommend this location」

「Our stay at this property was the BEST we experienced during our travels through New England. The view itself was just spectacular to come home to each day. The camper had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy ourselves. The hot tub was the best feature. We had the chance to watch a meteor shower while soaking in the dark of night, it was FANTASTIC!!! What a hidden gem!」

「The house was so clean and comfortable! The privacy was wonderful, too. We heard an owl every evening and every morning. The little store down the road was very convenient and their homemade food was delicious. We will be coming back for another peaceful getaway.」

「We did not find the cabin emaculate as stated. Cob webs upstairs on the beams, light fixtures dusty, mold on the dryer seal and futon cover on the main floor looks to be dirty. There is a fowl smell coming from the basement from a old hot tub. I slept on the futon upstairs and needless to say for a 66 yr old women that was my bad but it is worn out. We could not get it folded back up before we left. The shade upstairs is missing and hanging slats so it allowed the light to shine in. As far...

「We had a great weekend experience here! The house was clean and warm, and there was more than enough space for a large group. We especially loved the fire pit and the karaoke machine. I would absolutely come back again.」

「Fantastic getaway(perfect location) for 2 longtime friends and their dogs! We did a couple of the local walks, Perch pond and the snowmobile trail in the mornings. Then off hiking for the day to multiple scenic locations throughout NH. On our final night while sitting on the deck. The sled dogs put on a few vocal symphonies with assistance from our dogs(Odie and Zoey) and a couple of Barred Owls. The house provided everything we were looking for and more.」
