“总体来说，地理位置，环境，服务各种满意。唯一一点因为是晚上的航班，所以上午退房后想寄存行李，市内逛一下，下午再回酒店拿。结果被问了几次几点回去，还建议我们拿着行李出去就不用倒回浪费时间。（我们每人都是一个十几公斤重的行李箱+一件不轻的行李包）。没有专门行李寄存处，是放在前台前面角落。感觉有点微妙”

“I had just stayed for 2 days as I only planned for a short visit in Istanbul. But the friendly staff nd cozy room here made me wanna extend my stay. The location is good. The front desk person, Togrul assisted me a lot, helping to book Turkish bath and confirming my transfer to hotel and was always cheerful. Another front desk, Omer, prepared a sandwich to me as a take away breakfast since I was taking the morning flight to my next station, which made me have to check out before the breakfast……

“Excellent location, very easily walkable to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and Topkapi Palace, as well as a really fun bazaar and tons of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was amazing!!! Huge spread, it had different elements every day. We had included Turkish tea daily, and Turkish coffee for an extra fee. The room was tiny, but it had a great shower. The indoor pool was wonderful, it was very beautiful, the water was warm. The sauna was lovely but it’s only for adults. We……

“Initially booked for 2 nights. Nice little hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Our flight got cancelled and the hotel was able to extended our stay 1 more night. Prepaid taxi service to IST was really nice: right on time, and the rate was actually lower compare to what Bitaksi app showed. A couple small restaurants right next door.”

“We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. The breakfast was good and offered me plenty of choices. Last but not least, Mohamed was helpful and was so kind to assist us in hailing a taxi at a reasonable fare. There is of course something that needed improvement. The cord of hairdryer was too short for me to comfortably dry my hair.”

“When we arrived the hotel, nice and gentle front desk introduced the room we’ll stay. He also help us to bring baggage upstair!! The hotel’s location is wonderful. Near Hagia Sophia Museum so close, only 3 mins by foot. During the breakfast, we can see the Marmara Sea directly. We enjoyed the breakfast and sea view at least half hour every morning. Very breathtaking the moment!”

“Stayed in December Staff are excellent and lean over backwards to help. Accommodation I was everything required and was qyiet even though it’s a busy location with lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from. Location is fantastic for all the big tourist sites, no more than 15 minutes even for pier for Bosporus cruises or the Topkapi palace. Would be my first choice when I return to Istanbul.”
