「The receptions were very friendly and the staff was very helpful to carry out our luggage to the stairs and showed us the room; warm like a home. Except the male staff who were on duty while we checked out in the morning; he was the only staff in the reception and is not busy at all. 「Everything was great, staffs are very helpful and informative. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was great and the price is reasonable. Stayed a great night there.」

「酒店位置地點方便、房間整潔！不錯的酒店！」

「Spotlessly clean, well located for a bit of walking or a cheap taxi ride into the centre , all the supplies we needed for a lovely stay.」

「Well located property, just as photos in listing. Spacious and well stocked kitchen. Everything clean as expected. Parking a bit difficult as permit holders only. No full length mirrors which would have been helpful and not space for 8 people to relax in the living room.」

「My family resided in a room with air-conditioning in out of service, hotel staff arranged with electric fans to cool down the room. It seems like common situation in UK hotel during summer.」
