The beds were dirty the towels was dirty the bed had cigarette burns but it was a non smoking room one mattress had cigarette ashes we had to leave and go buy bed clothes and towels of our own pillows on one bed had what look to pubic hairs on there and bugs in one bed

This is probably the worst place you could ever stay at, seems like one of those places that are set up to get people trafficked considering the doors don’t have extra locks other than a simple card swipe to open the door, the place is disgusting, seems like they don’t clean after other guest leave, gave me a room with 2 beds when I only needed one, the sheets had cigarettes burn holes, hair under the covers, all over the blankets, the floor was disgusting and so was the microwave, roaches literally crawling on the walls, Expedia refused to refund even tho I stayed there for maybe 20 minutes when I had booked 2 nights, please for the love of God, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, on top of that the staff was creepy and rude.

My experience was HORRIBLE! The room was not clean despite paying an additional $5.00 cleaning fee once we arrived for check-in. It was INFECTED with cockroaches. There was plug outlets hanging out of the wall. The toilet was disgusting. The microwave had rust in it.

You get what you pay for. They have bugs and they aren’t very clean. I rented a room on Monday and purposely left a stain. Thursday of the same week, I rented another and got the same room. The stain was still there.
