We will look into the reason for the pool closure and ensure it is addressed promptly.Additionally, the presence of broken-down vehicles in the parking area is unacceptable and creates an unsightly and potentially unsafe environment. We will work to have any such vehicles removed from the premises as soon as possible.Most troubling, however, is your comment about the air conditioning unit in your room not effectively cooling the space. Maintaining a comfortable temperature in the guest rooms is essential, and we regret that we fell short in this area. We will have our maintenance team thoroughly inspect the AC unit and make any necessary repairs or replacements.Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences you experienced. We take this feedback very seriously and will use it to identify and resolve the issues you have described. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future, so we can demonstrate our commitment to providing a superior guest experience. If you use a third-party reservation system, it always throws them for a loop when you check in. This delay is the check-in process and after a long day of driving. Very frustrating. Also, there’s so is terrible. And a little bit of food to give you for a breakfast is very minimal.

家人同遊
Rooms were only lightly cleaned. Several areas were dusty.The top of the nightstand was cleaned, but alot of dust/debris on bottom shelf.
