I got locked out of my room with my property still in the room. It’s been too long for them to be about to get into my room to get my stuff. I was offered another room for the night but my stuff was still in the other and I needed it to take shower to be to work for 6:45am in the morning I didn’t get my stuff until about 2am and I really didn’t get any sleep at all.

Do not stay here unless you have cleaning products with you. Roaches were everywhere when I first stayed. When you tell the staff some faults, it doesn’t get repaired unless you tell them the second time.

This property is more for long term stays. It doesn't really function as a typical hotel. I'm not sure why Expedia included it in my options for a 3 night hotel stay. In one room the AC made too much noise to sleep. In the next room the shower had very little pressure. The staff was very helpful

The lobby was filthy and hallway to my room. The room was filthy, nasty odor. Old stained sheets and blanket. Bathroom, refrigerator, and microwave had not been cleaned in weeks. Nightstands and lamps were dirty. You can see were some wiped lamps and nightstands with a wet dirty rag. Person next door smoke drugs all day and the odor was in my room. But I was told it was a no smoking hotel. Had to used sheets I travel with to covered the leather chair to sleep in because the bed and bed shirt was dirty and was afraid it was infested with old kinds of bedbugs and everything else. The hotel should be closed down. The rating on the internet is false. Nobody answers the phone or at the desk for help. Please go early if you book this hotel and not late at night like I did. Trust me you would regret it.
