First room that was given to me the tub was filthy, the bed had hair in it when I pulled the covers back, the room smelled musty and smoke detector was covered with a bag. The Second room was a little better. The bathroom was cleaner the smoke detector wasn't covered the room smelled much better, but the walls and door could have used a few coats of paint and updated furniture. Let's just say I won't be going back. I will spend more money next time.

The property was disgusting and dirty. I caught 3 cockroaches and brought to front desk. They moved me to another room and that was disgusting. The hallways are dirty. I will NEVER stay with La Quinta ever again. I should get a FULL refund

My first room had multiple roaches and it looked like water damage in the room on the ceiling and the appliances were worn down with horrible staining on them. My second room had some marker on the bed and the bottom portion of the door was missing so could see into the hall. The lobby smelled like poop and down the hallway smelled like a fish market. The floors were disgusting and overall, I felt like it wasn’t maintained. The ceilings had stains and were chipping. The staff moved me to another room when asked but it was directly next to my initial, roach filled room. They said they’d refund me by 10 AM the next day when I refused to stay and they didn’t.

The staff was very kind. However, this location is in need of a serious upgrade. The room had roaches, the furniture was torn, and the tub had residual body dirt. It is a location that seems to have more residence than it is a hotel. Again, the staff was extremely kind but this location is not up to par for anyone.

The sink and bathtub were absolutely disgusting. The floor was filthy and there were some very questionable people hanging outside the front door most of the evening. I assume they were long term guests??? I was VERY uncomfortable there....did not feel safe and did not use the sink or shower due to their disgusting conditions. Your rating of this property should be downgraded to a sub-1 star. Better yet, you should not be representing this property!

Staff is adequate. Upon arrival to our room, we find the tv broken. The fridge was frozen over and would not close properly. The facility could use a deep clean, but the room served its purpose for a night.

el menú del desayuno no tenia jugo, no funcionaba microondas Habitación olía feo solicité cambio, lo hicieron pero nueva habitacion tenia filtracion de agua en el baño TV no funcionaba el 2do dia le arreglaron los paquetes que pedi por amazon llegaron antes, yo llamé avisar que llegaba x fecha y aun asi los devolvieron. las dos primeras personas no hicieron nada por ayudarme menos mal la 3era persona ayudó a llamar y ubicar los paquetes. en el app de amazon seguian diciendo que fueron entregados pero yo nunca los recibí estoy tratando mi dinero sea devulto.

The hotel was extremely deplorable. It reeked of urine and the rooms were very rundown. There was lipstick smeared on the door frame in our restroom. Stains all over the sealing. Door was chipping and a number knicks all over the walls. Carpet had so many stains. Used towel was left in the restroom. I trusted the name and this hotel doesn’t match what I have come to expect from the chain. Never again.

I woke up in the middle of the night because it started raining and it was pouring rain from my ceiling all on the AC when I went to go tell the receptionist he downgraded my room and didn’t even give me a key to my room in the room I was given was so dirty like disgustingly dirty.
