Lovely building

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It was very clean, cute and the area was nice! Everything we needed was close by and convenient! Would definitely stay again!

This property was clean and close to downtown activities. It included parking. And the air conditioning worked. Perfect for two people.

In town, but quiet!

Plain, modest building with off street parking, very close to river front and event spaces. Appears the tightly spaced one bedroom units are mostly a bnb….or for sale. Does lead to some noise in the corridor. The landscaped courtyard does much to enhance the property.

Great little apartment

The apartment was clean and very nicely put together. Overall the unit was very easy to get to. It was nice having two parking lits to choose from. Check in was quick and easy. Only downfall is having better ventilation in the bedroom to increase airflow from the air conditioner in the living room. There was a stand fan, box fan and ceiling fan in the bedroom, but at times wasn't enough to get the cool air moving.All in all, it was a great place to stay and, if we make it back to Baton Rouge, we will be looking these up again!

My daughter ended up having to rent this place to 2 weeks to finish her last summer class at LSU...Paul was awesome, quick to respond and very accommodating and helpful whenever she needed anything. The place was very clean and tidy and had everything she needed. Great location! We would recommend for sure!

Pre Cruise Stay

One of the best we have rented. So much too do downtown . Easy walk to everything. Great communication with owner. Unit was excellent 😍 We will stay again.

Firstly host never confirmed our check in details until 1 hour after check in time. Thankfully we had only just landed at the airport. Upon arrival, unlocked keys from lock box and went to open the door to find a chain on the door and unable to access. Repeated calls, msssafed and rexts to host went unanswered. Vrbo customer service was ablw to fully refund our stay ajd we had to get a hotel. Would nkt recommend this place at all. Stay away

This place was in a great location for the LSU game. However, the property manager has not answered my questions or messages one time. We had no check in instructions, property was unlocked and we were unable to access keys so had to keep unit unlocked anytime we left. Cockroach and geckos when we arrived. Tub had dirt in it. I’ve never experienced the host no respond to me to access the unit. Will never stay here again.

Great location- close to everything!

Location is great! One block from a beautiful sunset on the water every night! Enjoy restaurants, attractions, State capital and LSU campus. Favorite things to do were electric bike rentals along the water at sunset and around the city! Even bike to the LSU campus to see “Mike the LSU tiger.” Locals are friendly and provide great local spots to see. Food is AMAZING! This place is a great price if you are going to spend the day/night seeing Baton Rouge! Sleeps two comfortably.

Comfortable but not for the handicapped

The property manager was very accessable and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. For the most part the untit was very clean with the exception of the vent in the bathroom. The AC is uniquely configured and could be done better. The courtyard and exterior walkways needed cleaning. The drainage from the AC units created slick surfaces in shady areas of the property. If you are not able bodied this property is not for you.

So very disappointed in my stay. Many negatives-let's start with NO SOAP in the bathroom,(troubling) no working hair dryer, old, moldy coffee grinds in coffee maker, SmartTV with inconsistent cable connections. Contacted host, Paul throughout my stay with concerns...did not hear back from Paul for 12 hours and all I got was several apologies. Contacted Paul again after stay and still waiting to hear back from him. On 2nd night of stay, frightening altercation between a couple in the hallway-not sure how it ended but we think we heard police involved, so not very safe place either. My advice? You can find a better place to stay and you won't have to buy your own soap!
