Staff are so nice! Rooms and pools are so clean. Beautiful landscape gardening too. Only the location is a bit far from town. $3 tuk tuk ride away. Not a deal breaker. Try the spa and massage. The staff are so professional.

From the time of being greeted at the airport (with a smile almost as big as the poster with my name on it), the team were a sheer joy in ensuring my stay was the best it could be.
Excellent service, attentive customer care and smiles from the entire team from dawn to dusk, I could ask for nothing more.
When my pre-booked Expedia excursion was cancelled at the last minute, the Saem Siemreap team immediately stepped in and found me another trip with a local company, even packing me a breakfast...

Staff are so sweet and the room is gorgeous and clean. The pick up service is good and easy to find. The restaurant provide tasty food. Overall speaking, it is a very good experience staying in this hotel. It is so impressive. I would come back again if I go back to Siem.

Beyond expectation!! Beautifully designed and wonderful service! The staff were very helpful and always smiling. We were welcomed with a complimentary Cambodian dinner and massage. They also packed a snack box for our day out at Angkor Wat. Such thoughtful service. Highly recommend.

Staff are very attentive and friendly. A staff I had not met before could call me with my name when I told her my room no. The hotel cares a lot about its service quality and guests' feelings. They missed giving us a morning call and made it up with a 50% off on my spa treatment. Hotel was small but nice and clean. Will definitely stay there again because of its staff quality. They serve guests with their hearts. If I have to talk about the bad side, spa treatment and massage for my boyfriend...

Was only here for work so I can't comment on any activities or attractions they offer.
Nice hotel, very friendly and attentive staff. Easy airport pickup/drop off arrangement.
Relatively close to the "downtown" area - most would probably TukTuk there, but with a facemask for the dust, was able to walk over without any issue (just be mindful of traffic and all - a lot of activity going on!).
No issue with the stay at all. This is one of the most expensive properties around I think so you can...
