「Laccueil a ete tres bien, la chambre etait vraiment propre, le personnel super gentil et attentionné, lhotel est bien située, le lit est tres confortable.」

「The pool was closed off for a meeting however this was all throughout our trip. Nobody was in this area when we went to the pool and we were not allowed to use this. Communication was poor and all items needed to be asked about nothing was in the room I.e shampoo, toilet roll etc. Location is further out from city but short TukTuk ride away. Ac was not working as we had incorrect remote in room and the fridge was dirty and turned off without key in room. 」

「It was Filthy !! Pillows had black mold , mattress was filthy , limited towels ( half were torn in half baby blankets) No hot water at all , access road to hotel was mud and NO LIGHTING at night .. I LEFT HOTEL 5 days Early as I started to get sore red eyes, running nose and a cough. I will be contacting EXPEDIA how they can have such a HORRIBLE property in their system.. 」

「A new hotel means everything was new. Shower was good, huge bathtub was a plus. Smell from drainage needs to be taken care of. Breakfast was ok but not great. Staff members were very attentive and went great lengths to help.」

「我在Hotel.com 預訂2月四日至2月7日共4個晚上私人房間，到達旅館是我出示入住證明，女職員說沒有收到有Hotel.com發出的入住證明，我於是付款租了一個床位，他承諾我翌日將會得到房間。在2月8日我離開酒店時，我要求旅館發給我由2月5日至7日3個晚上的入住收據，因為我發覺他早前發給我的收據副本曾經刪改，與正本不相同並在收據上面寫上柬埔寨文字，這是不合法的，因為我回到香港後要向Hotel.com索回房間收費，我不明白內容所以要求更換。男職員拒絕發出並憤怒地趕我立即離開，我拒絕後，我從櫃檯走出來並把我推向窗邊揮拳想打我，幸好被一名外籍女旅客阻止。然後他把我的行李拋向門口，其他職員進來才停止發生爭執。旅館應該保障住客的安全，但職員想毆打客人就只是為了擅自一張删改了的收據而出手打客人，旅客的安全有什麼保障。訂房是包括迎賓飲品及免費早餐，餐廳經理給我的迎賓飲品是一杯冰水，早餐只有三天麵包及一杯飲品，跟同事在場的其他旅客完全不同，他們額外還有炒蛋和煙肉，我曾經問過餐廳經理，他說就是這樣的早餐和歡迎飲品，你說這樣公平嗎？」

「Stayed at Baray Siem Reap House for four days, and everything about our stay was great. Our host was available to help us with recommendations, tuk tuk, and friendly advice every step of the way. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip, and cost significantly less than some of the other places we stayed.
