"The renovations done yo make this facility a Hilton property are starting to fade and wear off. For example the door with a horizontal push bar going into the breakfast room from the lobby had been painted silver at some point but due to heavy use now has large sections where the original paint is visible because of wear. It looks unkempt and like a lowly bargain hotel. The same in the grooves on the side of our shower where the newer white paint has worn off and the original dark paint is visible. This is like a low price facility. The staff and breakfast were excellent…too bad the shower and other places look like they desperately needed painting, again."

"Our room was in poor condition. Had not been cleaned and the tub drain had clogged hair in it. When I brought my concerns to the lady at the front counter (Tina) she promptly gave us a new room. The new room was clean and in much better shape. Tina had excellent service. She was very friendly and helpful."

"We had a great time at this property. We were two couples with our families (4 adults and 4 children). The kids loved fishing off of the dock, swimming at the beach and exploring the lake on the kayaks. The beach was a 2 min walk away and had a water trampoline and slide which the kids loved. The beds were comfy and everything we needed to cook our meals was available in the kitchen. We were a bit concerned that the kids would be too loud with the property owner close by but they truly did respect our space and privacy during the entire stay. We visited Brockville for ice cream and went to Treetop Trekking and the drive in movie. Overall it was a wonderful stay even with a bit of rain. Thank you for the memories!"

"The place was easy to find, and conveniently located, was expecting to pay for parking only to find out that since it was the weekend it was free, we stayed for two nights while we explored thousand islands. Would book again. Only observation the was no A/C as far I know so it was a little warm, but I never asked. I forgot a special travel pillow in the room was hoping someone would contact me, but never happened and there is no direct way to contact anyone."

"Every amenity you could need. Beautiful decor. Comfy bed. Great shower. Beautiful deck to sit and have morning coffee, not to mention all the other food available. Jen was welcoming and available for any questions I had. Great stay. She does note on website that rooms are on the 3rd floor so be aware it is a bit of a climb for anyone with mobility issues."
