"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. "There is no wifi, even after I was told there was. The pool was usually clised. The mini mart was usually closed. Even when open, very limited on food, especially since no can opener was available and is needed. There's no ATM and they do not accept cards. The pigeons outside kitchen window made it unappetizing to eat. There is no restaurant as stated. The beach is ok but hard to reach since the place is surrounded by a barbed wire fence making it seem like a prison. The tv did not work at all....

"It was okay for one night at airport for the cost. The instructions to hotel did not match the airport signs, walked around for ages to find our way, in the end had to ask an airport employee. No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities Room was tiny for two people, the garden room was basically overlooking the car park. It served a purpose of overnight stay for flight next morning. We just went out for the afternoon and checked out as early as we could."
