「This property is advertised as a hotel, but it is actually just an apartment. Upon arrival, there was no reception service available, and we were told to call a phone number. Unfortunately, the host never showed up or provided assistance. After waiting and being unable to check in, we had to find and book another place to stay. Overall, it was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and I would not recommend this property.」

「Good host, good room」

「I had a very unpleasant experience staying here over the past two days. First of all, the locker/door system is clearly broken — I was actually locked inside my room for two hours, which was both stressful and unacceptable. The building itself feels poorly managed and unsafe. Random people seem to have easy access, and I was even approached in the elevator by individuals asking me for money, which made me very uncomfortable. Check-in was also a hassle. I had to wait in the lobby for a long...

「We had a truly perfect stay! Our room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything was just right – from the friendly service to the welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. We felt completely at ease and will definitely come back. Highly recommended! 」

「My friend and I stayed for two nights at the West Hotel Ataman. Our rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds, excellent shower and lovely breakfast with good choice of food. Really friendly and helpful staff, especially Vera and colleague's on reception. The kitchen staff prepared a take away breakfast for our early morning departure on the day we checked out. I recommend this hotel.」

「This hotel is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is disgustingly gross and way too expensive and the rooms are way smaller than shown in the advertised pics and they smell so bad and they are so dirty. Never stay here」

「In general, everything was fine. There were some inconveniences that made the experience worse, but I did not pay that much for the property, so I wasn’t expecting anything over the top. However, there was a weird smell somewhere in the room and the property management never got back to me on it. Also, when we moved in, there was no toilet paper, no dishwashing soap, no detergent, and the kitchen appliances were very limited overall. Other than that, the price is fair for this property」
