Gym and pool were closed for renovations. When checked it was given a room when somebody was already there. Had to go back to lobby and get another room.

This is not even a two stars hotel

This hotel which you sold to me as five stars hotel, it is not even a two stars hotel. The bathroom was leaking. After complaining to hotel front desk, they change our room but it was same problem and bathroom was leaking. I could see many people who were complaining about their room at front desk. One elevator was completely out of order and another one was broken for a day but they fixed it. When passing hale way to get to elevator, the ceiling was leaking water. They even knew about the leak and put a bucket under it. The entrance to the hotel was extremely dirty all the time, See pictures. Since Hotel.com list this hotel on their site as five stars, I would never want to deal with hotel.com or Expedia again.

Do Not Book This Hotel I can not be any clearer than that. 1. Rooms are run down, table lamps croked, mini bar not working, hot water in shower does not work, water overflowes due to bad water dranage. 2. Staff does not even have a proper unifrom, its like the owners of the hotel told them wear anything you have at home as long as it is a white top and black pants. 3. It is so obvious that the owners do not want to invest anymore in thsi property. 4. Staff and managment are light years from a proper hotel operating team. 5. Bath towel par stock for a suite is ONE, that gives you a regular room is suffering. 6. If seems they made thier money back and now whatever comes in is fine.
