“C’est une honte absolu que cet endroit ne soit pas déjà fermé. Le personnel ne parle pas un mot d’anglais, problématique quand l’on travaille dans le tourisme et qu’on a une gamme de prix qui vise clairement un public international. Ce même personnel qui essaie de nous arnaquer, en prétendant que le jacuzzi n’est pas prévu dans le prix et demande un supplément de 100/gel par jour ce qui est tout bonnement du vol. Il est impossible d’avoir de l’eau chaude à la douche (donc j’ose à peine imaginer……

“The place is nice and as listed. But the host doesn’t respond on time bed cover was the dirtiest ever and it had lots of fresh wet stain. The wifi code never worked The bathroom hose was leaking . I kept contacting the host every day kept saying yes I will finally after 3 days we got the right code for wifi The bathroom leak never fixed. Ours was breakfast included and supposed to be between 8-9 But some days came at 10:30 and one day we never received.”

“Great hospitality”

“The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking. ”

“Property was very nice and well maintained. Dining area was a little congested at times however, it appears that a facility is being constructed on the premises to accommodate. Breakfast was great! The staff was very courteous and helpful and despite large crowds kept the area clean and fully stocked with the great breakfast selections.”
