Very nice urban hotel

Very comfortable room, in a up and coming part of the city. The design of the hotel is excellent, with a nice bar in the lobby. We had a large room with a very nice bed and a good view. The breakfast was a little overpriced, but it was very good quality.

Tbilisi is a charming city that beautifully blends history with modern vibes. Its cobblestone streets and old architecture tell timeless stories, and the people are incredibly warm and welcoming. The city is full of scenic spots perfect for walking and photos — from Narikala Fortress to the Peace Bridge and the riverside views. Prices are reasonable, the Georgian food is absolutely delicious, and the fresh air makes every walk enjoyable. Don’t miss the famous sulfur baths — a unique and relaxing experience. Tbilisi truly leaves a mark on your heart and makes you want to come back.

Unique hotel located central in the city. The look and overall vibe of the hotel is one of the more special I’ve seen. Owners have done a great job with interior and decor. Also great service!!!

Very well positioned in the center of Tbilisi, walking distance to main attractions and subway station. Eclectic design, comfortable bed, nice shower. Great breakfast options. One little point - no ramp to enter the lobby, not accessible for wheelchair - 2 flights of steps from the street level to log the suitcases up and down. Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed in Rooms for a trip that was a mix of work and fun. The hotel is beautifully designed and in a fantastic neighbourhood, full of vintage and ceramics shops and some lovely restaurants and cafes. The rooms were well-designed (though I would make sure your room is not on the part of the 1st floor which is above the bar) and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend.

This is by far the most fabulous hotel I’ve ever stayed in — it’s gorgeous, comfortable, so beautifully anointed, and totally quite unique aesthetically. The staff is just fantastic: courteous, helpful, polite and accommodating. I’d requested a quiet bedroom and they indeed gave me a totally quiet room which was also very comfortable, gorgeous, with a fantastic bathroom and very cozy bed. I also requested a late checkout given my flight time and they immediately said it wasn’t a problem. I hope to go back!

This is my second stay at Rooms Hotel, Tbilisi. I visit Georgia often and this brand can do no wrong, I love the place and will definitely return. All the staff were exceptional from the bell boys to reception. Restaurant team super helpful too. Room was great, nice amenities, thoughtful mini bar selection and the decor is cool with great music and art everywhere. Great central location. I will be back as soon as I can! I’ve also stayed at Rooms Kazbegi and looking forward to trying their other hotels.
