不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、住宿狀況和客房舒適度
We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in
Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince.
We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them
400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not
enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure.
It is a terrible experince,after 2 hous we took bcak our packages from his car,and take taxi to Tbilisi ROOMS HOTEL .
We think the hotel's driver have problem,the hotel should help us solve the prblem.But when we arrive at the Tbilisi Hotel,the stuff looked very lack of patience.The hotel's manager let us wait 4 hours in the lobby ,he rung up drver and knew the details .He knew the driver rip off on the road, but the rude manager didn't think itis his hotel's driver's fault .In his opinion it is nothing,maybe foreign toursits should help Georgian .
We do not come back to Georgia .
