The bedroom features cozy twin beds, while the living room offers two additional twin beds, perfect for extra guests or relaxing downtime. Equipped with a full kitchen that includes cooking utensils, pots and pans, dish towels, and other necessities. A spacious bathroom includes a refreshing shower, linens, and a handy hair dryer. Guests stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. This unit also comes with a dock slip if you have a boat to bring. The legendary Rainy River is right outside the door and boasts fantastic fishing! So, whether you’re unwinding after a day of fishing, golfing the nearby golf course, exploring or enjoying quiet moments inside, this marvelous space has you covered!

This property was a great spot to enjoy Rainy River and Lake of the Woods. I loved how clean it was when we arrived and daily housekeeping was a perk. I gave it a 4 star because the beds weren’t very comfortable otherwise everything else was perfect. It was down the river from the hustle of the other resorts which was nice. Easy to launch down the road and a slip to keep our boat at the resort made things so convenient. It’s a laid back small resort that had all that we needed.
