“Abbiamo soggiornato in questo chalet poche settimane fa ed è stato tutto ottimo! Elisa super disponibile e cordialissima, struttura pulita, molto caratteristica e super la colazione con prodotti del luogo. Esperienza sopra le aspettative, lo consiglierei a chiunque un soggiorno qui!”

“Nettes, rustikales Zimmer. Aber...! Kompliziertes self-checkin. Der Eigentümer hat den Überblick nicht, wer, was, wann bezahlt hat. Trotz 12 Std. Vorauszahlung erhielt ich den Code für den Schlüsseltresor nicht und musste umständlich telefonisch nachfragen. Dafür kamen im Anschluss immer wieder unnötige Nachrichten vom Eigentümer. Das Zimmer ist zwar nett, aber die Decke sehr tief. Wer grösser als 180 cm ist, kann nicht gerade stehen. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher um löslichen Kaffee zu……

“The owner is very warm and considerate. We arrived later than the time we told her and she called us to check was everything ok. She also gave us an ipad with a lot of site visit suggestions and great restaurants recommendations which are really helpful. Her mother is also very nice and welcomed us with a coffee from their fancy app and superb machine. Rooms are clean and uniquely designed, while hotel is just 5 minutes walk away from centre.”

“Zu Eng Wc/Dusche.. Zimmer war zu heiss. Konnten nicht schlafen. Automaten alles war abgelaufen sogar von 2025! Parkplatz vorhanden.”

“Familiar and charming hotel in a great location very near to the lake. Amazing hosts, very friendly and caring. Breakfast was excellent, with a nice cappuccino and plenty of food . We have spent few wonderful days and strongly recommend the place!”
