「5-Star Hotel Quality Condo! This place has it all. Clean, fresh, smells great! Most comfortable beds ever! Dan had EVERYTHING we needed (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soft fluffy towels, toilet paper, paper towels, k- cups, coffee fixing, dishwasher pods, handsoap, you name it, he had it. We will definitely be back!」

「Although my stay was good and my room was mostly clean except some socks left over from the previous person I just felt as if the pictures on Expedia aren’t the same in person. I booked off that alone and it just looked totally different. But it was a good stay.」

「I initially was not looking forward to my stay here as I had booked online and after booking, I received a notification saying that the waterpark area was closed so within 24 hours, I tried to cancel my reservation. I tried three times and they would not refund it to me as a policy was no refunds. I will say, though I was treated amazingly my room was beautiful. It was very clean. We will definitely be coming back here to stay. 」

「This hotel is really run down. The carpet needs to be replaced and the whole place smells pretty bad. The breakfast Friday morning tasted pretty bad, but Saturday morning was much better. It was close to Sliver Dollar City and that was nice.」

「There were 7 of us, and it still felt like there was so much room! Communication was amazing also! It was also literally right across the parking lot from Silver Dollar City. I would definitely recommend!」

「When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. Microwave light wouldn't...

「We had issues with the bathroom sink spraying water onto the wall where the outlet was. Water pressure for the shower was not the best. Needs an updated showerhead. Place was clean and quiet. Overall not bad.」
