Great location for an overnight stay. Great communication and we loved the place. It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommended. Also, there are multiple units on VRBO in the building if you need more than one rental for other family members.

This was the perfect location right in downtown & a block from the water. Nearby playground, walkable riverfront, restaurants, antiques, & entertainment. Cleaning crew could do a better job with fridge/freezer & floors. Would definitely stay again!

My daughter and I came to town to visit my parents. This is the perfect place to stay! Very nice apartment, comfy beds, nice towels and linens! My daughter loved the soft sheets :) Beautiful historical building. Great communication from the owner. We will book again for future visits!

The place was big, clean, and perfectly located! We felt very safe with all the locks and the environment. The floors are pretty creaky and the furnance rumbles quote a bit when it kicks on, so if you're a light sleeper, that mayb an issue. Otherwaie, a great value!

Excepting the 22 stairs, the unit was almost perfect. We planned on cooking in though I don't know why with all the wonderful restaurants around! That can be costly since we were there for a week. A few more kitchen items would be called for. The unit itself was just awesome with comfy furniture and beds. We will be back!

Just what we needed

Loved the location in downtown, near so many shops and places to eat. It was perfect location for our reason to be in Bay City over the weekend. The stairs are something you need to be ready for but certainly wasn’t a problem for us. The beds were comfortable and the things we needed were certainly close at hand. Overall we were completely satisfied with our stay!

Everything about this whole experience was amazing. Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is gorgeous. Host provided coffee, water and soft drinks. Perfect location. Ear plugs and white noise machines

Nice historic old building with pretty renovation, but....... absolutely no sound insulation and right above the rowdiest bar in town. How good is your vacation if you get no rest? The place was loud as hell.
